- My policy is that if I can't get your device
working the way you asked me to, there is no charge. I won't take your
money if I can't help you, I don't like it when someone does it to me
and I won't do it to you. If I have fixed your device or gotten it
working the way you want it to there is a $49 per hour charge and I only
charge for the exact time I actually work on your device. I'll also do
my best to explain to you what I did and help you to understand how to
work the device you're having problems with.

PayPal, cash and checks.
- A lot of times I can get your computer working the way you want
remotely. In those instances you would click on the
"Teamviewer" icon below, then save the file it gives you
"TeamviewerQS.exe" to your desktop. When you run the file, it will
give you a login and password, you then tell me what these are and
only then can I log in to your computer. After I finish and log out,
I can't log into your computer again until you run the fill again
and give me the new password it gives you. Anytime I am logged in to your computer, there is a visible sign
that you will see telling you I am logged in. Since the file doesn't
install anything and must be started by you to grant me access, it
prevents me or anyone else from getting into your computer
uninvited. For this the hourly rate
is $45 with a minimum 1 hour charge payable before I commit the repairs
to your computer. For remote access like this to be possible you
must have a working internet connection. If your internet is not working, I can come to your home
and fix it there, then after that, if necessary, we can start a
remote access connection.
