Hi, I'm Michael and I'm here to take some of the stress out of your life by getting those cool and expensive digital devices that you are dying to use properly, to work with you like they should. I'm a little different than most other people, I love to read manuals! They are my non-fiction novels from which I gain an understanding of various electronic components and how to make them do the things they should. I retired from the high tech world where my main job was causing computers to break and finding what was needed so they didn't break again. Even as a kid I would take things apart then love the challenge of putting them back together again.  When I was very young, my aunt, a high school principal, saw me disassembling a clock and said to me "Michael, you're going to be an engineer someday".  It took me a long time to finally understand that she wasn't talking about driving trains.  Well, I did eventually become an engineer just please don't ask me to drive your train anywhere!

What I can do now is put all that tinkering and studying to use helping you to use, enjoy and understand the digital electronics in your life that you probably paid a lot of money for and would like to be able to use to their fullest capability.
