Michael, I just wanted to thank you for all your help in fixing my aging
computer. It's amazing to me that you can do so much remotely & do
it so well. The new technology is a wonderful thing! While I
have some technical knowledge from working for IBM, I was at a loss many
times as to what to do to solve my hardware and software issues.
But you knew just the right things to do to fix all of my problems & get
my computer running as if it was brand new! It would have cost me
more than the computer is worth if I'd had to take it someplace local &
I'm sure they wouldn't have done as good a job and wouldn't have
explained everything like you did. You're the best!

Dear Michael, Just want to thank you for setting up my iPhone the way it is supposed to be and for showing me how to get my mail, use the calendar, iTunes and everything else you explained to me. I remember everything you showed me and even downloaded an app! I was so proud of myself (watch out, I might take your job lol) Next I would like to sit down with you and show you the things on my lap top I have problems with and maybe you can fix it or show me what I'm doing wrong. I have known Michael for many more years than I would like to admit. He
has always been my go-to guy with all my questions about anything
electronic. When Michael couldn't fix my computer remotely because
of physical damage, I put all my confidence in him and shipped it cross
country so he could work his magic. One week later I had my computer
back in perfect condition. When I moved, I couldn't set up my router &
get everything up & running, so once again, Michael came to my rescue
and walked me through what I had to do over the phone. Once we had my
router and internet up and running, he accessed the computer remotely,
configured the security things on my new router and tuned up my
computer. I have gone from a computer illiterate to teaching my
friends a thing or two about their iPhones that I learned from Michael.
He is intelligent, talented, patient and a wonderful teacher. His gentle
way & sense of humor will put you at ease. You couldn't be in better

Michael has been a godsend to me both personally and for my business.
Whenever I'm in computer trouble I just call him, sure that he'll be
able to fix the problem, and he always does. Sometimes right from his
own office!
Michael
designed a website for me, also, which works so well and didn't take him
long at all. He was very patient in explaining it all to me and teaching
me how to make any changes I might need.

We’ve used Mike Fradella for all digital and technical setups and fixes
in our home. He’s helped us install new routers, setup our new audio
receiver and linked all of our entertainment equipment to it, he’s fixed
our computers when we inevitably screw them up, he does everything.
He comes to our house and spends as much time as needed to
honestly get the job done well and get it done right the first time. He
double and triple checks his work before he leaves. But what I like
most about Mike above all the technical help we’ve gotten from him, is
that he’s courteous and respectful. He explains things to me on my
level, without all the technical jargon.
AND he’s even helped my husband with his guitar playing! He’s a
magician! There doesn’t seem to be anything he doesn’t know and can’t
do. I can’t recommend him more highly. He’s the best in the business.
